Cancellation Policy

Submitting a booking request does not reserve your date. Appointments are confirmed only after the required retainer is paid and the Service Agreement is signed. All services are subject to availability and final review of submitted details. Additional fees may apply based on scheduling requirements, early start times, travel, or requested revisions. Full policies, payment terms, cancellation terms, and service details are outlined in the Terms & Conditions and are incorporated into all bookings.
