BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS​

To officially reserve your booking date, a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required within 48 hours.

​

• Bridal Trial: $100

• Beauty Session: $100

• SFX Makeup: $100

• Bridal Session: 50% of the total based on the number of individuals receiving makeup services

 

Bridal Session pricing is determined after reviewing the details submitted with your request. Once reviewed, you will receive a custom invoice with the 50% deposit required to hold your date.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS​

Bridal Sessions booked within 30 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and secures your requested date and services.

FINAL PAYMENT

For Bridal Sessions, the remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the event and becomes non-refundable at that point.

For all other services, final payment is due prior to the appointment and before any services are rendered.

If deposit, contract, or final payment requirements are not met within the required timeframe, Abby Elyse Makeup Artistry reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the non-refundable deposit.

CONTRACT

All bookings require a completed and signed contract to be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Your booking is not confirmed until both the deposit and signed contract are received.

TRIALS / CONSULTATIONS

Makeup trials are offered exclusively for bridal bookings.
Trials are not available for Prom, Homecoming, Glam, Halloween, or other event bookings.

​

Additional consultations may be scheduled for bridal party members (e.g., bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, etc.) and are best scheduled on the same day as the bride’s trial to avoid additional travel fees.

SERVICE LOCATION & SETUP

Makeup services are performed at the location chosen by the client.
Please provide:
 

• A clean, usable table or surface

• Trash can

• Electrical outlet

• Sufficient natural or artificial lighting
   

For hotel bookings, please include the hotel name and room number in the contract.

LIABILITY & HEALTH

All tools, brushes, and products are sanitized before each use.
Clients must inform the artist of any skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies before the application.
Patch testing can be provided by request.
 

By accepting makeup services, clients release Abby Elyse Makeup Artistry from liability for any skin reactions, allergies, or complications.

Please note that brow tweezing and razor services are not offered.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

Please arrive at your appointment with a clean, makeup-free face.
Unexpected day-of add-ons are not included in the signed contract total. Any additional services requested during the appointment will be priced and must be paid immediately.

DELAYS

If a client arrives late or causes delays that extend beyond the scheduled time, a late fee of $50 will be charged for every 30-minute interval beyond the agreed-upon start time.

​This fee is due immediately and must be paid before any services are rendered.

DAY-OF ADDITIONS

Any services not included in the original signed contract — such as strip lashes, tattoo coverups, or additional makeup applications (if time permits) — will be priced at Abby Elyse Makeup Artistry’s discretion.

All add-ons must be paid in full prior to services being rendered. No exceptions.

PARKING & TRAVEL FEES

Any valet, toll, or parking fees will be added to the final balance and are due on the day of the event.

​

Travel within Sedona city limits is complimentary.

Travel outside Sedona may incur additional fees based on distance, time of day, holidays, weather, and other relevant factors. These fees are at the discretion of the artist and will be discussed prior to the event.

PAYMENT

All final balances must be paid prior to services being rendered.
The individual(s) listed in the contract are responsible for ensuring full payment is submitted on time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations impact availability for other clients. Please cancel as early as possible.

​

• For Bridal Sessions, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit only the initial 50% deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable in full.

• To cancel, you must email abbyelysemakeup@gmail.com. Cancellations are not confirmed until acknowledged in writing by the artist.

 

Changes to event dates or locations are subject to availability.

ARTIST CANCELLATION POLICY

In the rare event that Abby Elyse is unable to perform services due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued, minus the original deposit which is retained for scheduling and administrative costs.
